Travelling is supposed to be an enjoyable and enriching experience, but sometimes it can become a nightmare. This is exactly what happened to my partner and me during what should have been a straightforward journey with Arajet Airline. What followed was a series of unfortunate events, poor communication, and complete disregard for customer care.
