Having officially tried sushi for the first time last year, I can safely say, ‘I’m hooked!’ This tasty dish from Japanese cuisine has quickly rolled its way onto my list of favourite foods. This is rather shocking given how selective I am with food. Dare I say picky? Nevertheless, my love for sushi fueled my excitement when I discovered that date night would involve sushi at Sora Japanese Cuisine. I have heard many good things about this sushi restaurant and am happy to announce that it did not disappoint.
